The rising <b>agricultural</b> surplus caused by increasing <b>agricultural</b> production and productivity tends to
improve social welfare, particularly in rural areas.

It is evident that agriculture, in essence, is an industry characterized by <b>strong</b> regional
â<b>uniqueness</b>,â which is influenced by the natural and social environments of the region. Its industrial
characteristics derive from its essence, that is, production activities comprising combined factors.
